Verification: To verify that you have a University email account, go to: https:hawkmail.hartford.edu. Please use Internet Explorer only to verify your account.
Using most of our databases will require having a new window created. If you are new to our site and have a pop-up blocker, you may not be able to pull up the database. Please either turn off the pop-up blocker or allow our site to create new windows.
Corporate Access: If you are trying to access the databases from your place of employment, you may receive a "Page not Found" error or similar. Our authentication requires a certain range of ports on a corporate firewall to be opened to allow access. Please have your IT department contact ITS for more information.
